First Time Home Buyer Education Classes

Come and learn the "ins" and "outs" of buying a home. This class covers all home buyer education requirements for any loan or down payment program. You will gain knowledge in regards to shopping for a lender and loan programs, become familiar with loan documents, and a lot more ( Agenda). Our teachers are certified by AHECI (American Homeowner Education and Counseling Insitute) and NeighborWorks.

The class is approved by the Utah Department of Real Estate for CE credits and by MGIC and PMI mortgage insurance programs.

If you are applying for a loan, mortgage insurance or down payment program which requires home buyer education, you need to attend the home buyer class and participate in personal pre-home ownership counseling. Please call us for an appointment.

The Saturday, March 20, 2010 class is full. Please register for one of our other upcoming classes. Thank you.

The Utah County class is held three times a month. You may sign up for the Saturday class, the evening class which is held over two evenings or the day class which is held over two afternoons. You must attend the full six hour class to receive full credit.

The Park City Class is held at the Park City Board of Realtors, 1889 Prospector Ave., 2nd Floor on the following date and time. You MUST register.
