The agency administers the State Home Energy Assistance Target Program for Utah, Wasatch and Summit counties. We provide intake for approximately 4,200 low-income, eligible households so that they may receive a one-time per year payment on their heating and electric bills.

An Energy class is required for first time applicants. The class helps provide energy conservation education.
