How to Get Help
Families may contact any one of the case managers in the Family Development Program to have their inquiries answered prior to coming in for services.
Most services are on a walk-in basis. However, to insure that the case managers have sufficient time for verifications of information and counseling with the families, appointments are needed for rental and utility assistance.
