Financial Assistance

Eligible families may be assisted with their temporary emergency financial needs, including:

  • A portion of the rental deposit or a portion of the first month’s rent
  • Utility deposit, utility shut off

Documents needed at appointment:

  • Social Security cards for all individuals in the household
  • Valid picture ID for all adults in the household
  • Birth certificates for all minor dependent
  • A copy of the rental contract for new rent; A copy of the eviction notice for late rent
  • Verification of utility deposit needed; Utility past due notice
  • Verification of household income for the current month
  • Information about your monthly expenses
